Addams Regains Women's Title In A Brutal Marathon

Warriors of Wrestling's Nikki Addams who was the first ever women's champion in the company's 10+ year history made more history Saturday! It didn't come easy for Addams after losing the title. Multiple failed attempts to regain her title versus Nyla Rose didn't break Addams's spirit. With Women of Warriors VII looming, she was scheduled to take on former NXT/Lucha Underground star Ivelisse. Due to scheduling conflicts Ivelisse was unable to make her #1 contender match. Up stepped one half of the Twisted Sisterz, Holidead! Addams and Holidead battled it out in an intense and physical battle that finally saw Addams victorious.  The victory secured Nikki Addams as the #1 contender for a future match against the champion. She didn't waste time deciding when and where. Addams declared later that evening she would take on the winner of Nyla Rose & Saraya Knight. Rose & Knight beat the living hell out of each other the entire match. Rules & technical skills were thrown out the window in this battle of brawlers. Rose in the end was victorious and retained the title. As aforementioned, Nikki Addams took on Nyla Rose for the Warriors of Wrestling Women's World Championship. Once again the women battled each other in an intense and physical battle. Whether it was fatigue, a lasting effect of her battle with Knight, or maybe looking forward too soon to AEW, Rose made too many mistakes in her defense. Nikki Addams jumped all over Rose and capitalized on her possible final opportunity to regain the title. Addams jumped from the top rope grabbing Rose's head and finished her with a hybrid bulldog, before putting her shoulders to the mat for a final 3 count. Nikki Addams became a 2-time world champion! After the match Nyla Rose took the title from Addams and presented it back to her in a sign of mutual respect wrapping it around the new champ's waist, and possibly passing the torch on her way out and on to AEW.
